Physical activity or healthy lifestyle advice: For support with becoming more active or improving your overall health and wellbeing, please contact DDM Health.

Promoting your activity, group or club: If you would like to promote your session, group or club, you can add it to My Solihull Map by submitting your details via email to [email protected]

Feedback – Solihull Leisure Centres

We welcome your feedback on North Solihull Sports Centre and Tudor Grange Leisure Centre. Please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Speak to staff on site – In the first instance, please raise your feedback with a member of staff at the leisure centre. Many issues can be resolved straight away.

Step 2: Submit feedback online – If the issue is not resolved, you can submit your feedback or complaint via the Atreemo system, which is managed by Everyone Active.

Step 3: Escalate to the Council – If, after a reasonable period of time, you are not satisfied with the response, you can escalate your complaint to Solihull Council. You can do this in the following ways:
