Street Tag is an interactive app that encourages communities and schools to become more active by walking, cycling, scooting and rolling. You can still continue to collect tags and points to keep you active, however the challenges for prizes have concluded for this year.
The app encourages families, school and communities to have fun being physically active. Street Tag turns the world around you into a virtual playground, points are gained by exploring your local community and collecting virtual tags, individually or as a team with other members of your community for rewards.
The app is free and can be downloaded via: Play store on Android or via the Apple Store for IOS further information including how to download it can be found at Street Tag .

How does Street Tag work?
- Virtual tags are placed in popular walking, cycling and scooting routes as well as areas with green space to encourage secondary activity.
- Users walk, run or cycle to collect virtual tags via the Street Tag app.
- Tags are worth an average of 50 points per tag. Once users are within a 40-meter radius of a tag, the player automatically receives the points, either for their team in the community leader board or their school for the school leader board.
- At the end of the 8 weeks, the winners of leader boards will receive prizes.
